Old Ballista Testing. I was going to go back sometime and clean up a few things I'm hazy on. I'm still trying to recover an old buff/debuff priority list.

Example
Tier 2 Buff (Cocoon) cancelled by Tier 2 Debuff (Acid Bolt)
Tier 2 Debuff (Acid Bolt) cacelled by Tier 2 Buff (Cocoon)

I remember that many SMN buffs were Tier 4, making them trump most other debuffs and preventing an overwrite (i.e. Dream Shroud preventing King Goldemar's Cackle from taking hold). If anyone runs across the Buff/Debuff tier list again, let me know.
